Job Title - Regulatory Specialist

Duration -10 Months

Location - Erlanger KY 41018 (Hybrid 3- Days Onsite,2 days Remote)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Regulatory Specialist to support the business / operations productivity to communicate with vendors technical regulatory inquiries, documentation needs and data maintenance and interpretation.

A working knowledge of FDA food regulations and relevant product design status such as GM BE, Allergens, GRAS, Vegan, Natural, Kosher, Organic, Halal, Nutrition.

Additional knowledge of flavors, colors, botanicals and ingredients with international exposure preferred. Role will also require solid computer skills as it involves data research together with database inputs, maintenance and communication skills.

Preferred background / skills :

  • 1-3 years of regulatory experience, preferably in food / beverage, flavor or related industries
  • Strong, independent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills : proficient in MS Office packages; trainable in other software programs developed and used in-house
  • Proven interpersonal skills including ability to work well in a team environment, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills
